Where is My Withdrawal?
All funds requested for withdrawal are restricted separately and unavailable for gameplay.
If you wish to cancel your withdrawal, you can do so at any time from the 'My Account' section until it is processed.
All withdrawal requests are subject to internal security verification and if there are no issues, the withdrawal request will be processed within 7 business days. Once the transaction is processed, it may take longer for the money to reach you depending on the withdrawal method chosen and the respective financial institutions.
What can cause a delay in processing my withdrawals?
1. Our payment provider processes withdrawals Monday thru Friday. Withdrawals are not processed on weekends or bank holidays.
2. Using an incorrect mobile number or email address will cause delays in getting your e-Transfer. Check your profile on our site (Hamburger menu/three bars>>>Information & Security>>Account Details) to ensure you have your current email and mobile number listed. Please contact us directly if you need to change your email/phone number.

Checks take the most time to be processed and reach you. If you do not receive your check after 15 days, contact our support team to cancel the check and re-request the withdrawal.
What happens if I used a wrong email or email address I cannot access?
If we are notified that the e-transfer notification could not be delivered to the email address, then the e-Transfer will be canceled. The funds will be returned to the merchant and should be automatically credited back to your online account with the merchant within 24 hours.
