Self Exclusion

In order to promote responsible gaming, we offer our players the ability to restrict their game play on our site. We have different limits (deposit, loss and time) that can be set by you from the account profile to suite your requirements.

If you would also like to self-exclude at Ontario brick and mortar casino operators, including at our sister property, Fallsview Casino Resort, you must register for self-exclusion through Ontario Lottery and Gaming’s (“OLG”) MyPlayBreak system by emailing Self-Exclusion@olg.ca; calling the OLG Support Centre at 1-800-387-0098; or by visiting https://www.playsmart.ca/finding-help/my-playbreak/new-registrants/.
 
  1.     Login to your casino account
  2.     Click on the main menu
  3.     Click on Responsible Gaming
  4.     Choose one of the following
    1. Cool-Off - This is a temporary exclusion and you can login once the duration of cool-off is over. The minimum duration is 3 days and the maximum is 30 days.
    2. Self-Exclusion - This is a long term exclusion and you can lock your account for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or five (5) years. Note that we may not re-open your account in certain cases if this option was chosen.

  1. Any bets pending on your account will continue to stand and will be closed as any normal bet.
  2. You will not receive any promotional messages from us but you may still receive account or transaction specific communication.


BetGuard lets you opt out of all regulated online gambling in Ontario. It’s your decision and it’s both simple and secure.

BetGuard is available to those 19 or older. A player account is not required. Enrolling in BetGuard is separate from any self-exclusion you may have arranged directly with Boyd Interactive.
