Take a vacation .....Self Exclusion

In order to promote responsible gaming, we offer our players the ability to restrict their game play on our site. We have different limits (deposit, loss and time) that can be set by you from the account profile to suite your requirements.

If you would also like to self-exclude at Ontario brick and mortar casino operators, including at our sister property, Fallsview Casino Resort, you must register for self-exclusion through Ontario Lottery and Gaming’s (“OLG”) MyPlayBreak system by emailing Self-Exclusion@olg.ca; calling the OLG Support Centre at 1-800-387-0098; or by visiting https://www.playsmart.ca/finding-help/my-playbreak/new-registrants/.
 
  1.     Login to your casino account
  2.     Click on the main menu
  3.     Click on Responsible Gaming
  4.     Choose one of the following
    1. Cool-Off - This is a temporary exclusion and you can login once the duration of cool-off is over. The minimum duration is 3 days and the maximum is 30 days.
    2. Self-Exclusion - This is a long term exclusion and you can lock your account for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or five (5) years. Note that we may not re-open your account in certain cases if this option was chosen.

  1. Any bets pending on your account will continue to stand and will be closed as any normal bet.
  2. You will not receive any promotional messages from us but you may still receive account or transaction specific communication.
Although iGO and the AGCO are currently working on a province-wide self-exclusion database, no such database currently exists. As a result, if you self-exclude from PlayFallsview.com, you will be eligible to register and play at other digital gaming and brick and mortar casino sites until you elect to self-exclude through those operators directly.

Once this provincewide self-exclusion database is established, all Players who have self-excluded from PlayFallsview.com will be added to the provincewide list and thereby prohibited from play at all online casinos.”

NOTE: It is a violation of our Terms and Conditions for any Player who is self-excluded at any other online or land-based casino in Canada to register for a Player Account with PlayFallsview.com. Any Player found to have violated our Terms and Conditions for this or any other reason, will be subject to penalties up to and including termination of a Player Account and forfeiting winnings.
