Know Your Limits... And Set Them, Too

We want all our patrons to enjoy their game play. We also know that at times some people tend to get carried away and/or play in a way that may affect them adversely. In order to help our patrons enjoy the games responsibly, we offer the following tools. You can use any and all of these to adjust your game play to have fun while playing the best online casino games in Ontario. 
  1. Deposit Limit - set the amount you wish to limit your deposits to in a day, week or month
  2. Loss Limit - set the amount you wish to limit your gaming losses to in a day, week or month
  3. Time Limit - set the number of hours you wish to restrict your game play in a day
  4. Single Bet Limit - set the maximum amount you wish to place on a single wager
  5. Spend Limit - set the maximum amount you wish to wager in a day, week, or month


To set any of the above mentioned limits you need to login to your casino account and then click on the main menu and then click on 'Responsible Gaming'.

Once a limit has been set, it is effective immediately. Any reduction (more restrictive) in set limits will be effective immediately. However, any increase (less restrictive) in set limits will be implemented only after the duration of the current limit is over.
