How Do I Recover or Reset My Password?

If you are having trouble remembering your password, you may send a password reset link to your registered email.

On the login page, select 'Forgot Password?'. Enter your email for your account and a password reset email will be sent to you shortly. 

If you would like to change your password, you may do so while logged in. 

While logged into your PlayFallsview account, click on the top left menu button to reveal the full menu. 

Under account details, select the 'Change Password' option. From there, you will be prompted to enter your current password, new password, and answers to a few security questions. If you do not remember your password, you may log out and use the 'Forgot Password' process.
